Received more than one telephone solicitation call from Sirius XM between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025 If you received more than one telephone solicitation call in a 12-month period from Sirius XM between April 27, 2019 and October 31, 2025, and either (1) your number was registered with the National Do-Not-Call Registry more than 31 days before the calls and you were not a self-paying subscriber, or (2) you asked to be placed on Sirius XM's internal Do-Not-Call list, you may be eligible for a pro rata share of the $28 million settlement fund.
