If your fax number received Indegene’s February 7, 2020 fax about a Parkinson’s disease medical record review, you can claim up to $250 per fax number. No proof is attached, but you certify under penalty of perjury that the number was yours or your company’s in February 2020. The deadline is December 9, 2026.
Your fax number received Indegene’s February 7, 2020 fax about a Parkinson’s disease medical record review that offered a $250 honorarium per eligible patient.
The class covers every person or entity that was successfully sent a fax on or about February 7, 2020 titled “Medical Record Review of the Impact of Adverse Events Associated with the Use of Current anti-Parkinson’s Disease Medications,” which offered a $250 honorarium per eligible patient. The case, Progressive Health and Rehab Corp. v. Indegene, Inc., No. 1:20-cv-10106 in the District of New Jersey, alleges the fax was an advertisement sent without the recipient’s permission, which the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act prohibits. Indegene denies wrongdoing.
$250 is a ceiling, not a guarantee. The fund is up to $4,717,250, and attorneys’ fees of up to 35% ($1,651,037.50), a $15,000 incentive award and administration costs come out first. “Pro rata” means a proportional portion, so if more valid claims arrive than the fund can pay in full, every share shrinks. Only one claim per fax number is validated, and checks go out only after the court approves the settlement.
You can also file directly with the settlement administrator. Read the official settlement notice for the full terms.

Common questions about this class action settlement.
A fax sent on or about February 7, 2020 titled “Medical Record Review of the Impact of Adverse Events Associated with the Use of Current anti-Parkinson’s Disease Medications,” offering an honorarium of $250 per eligible patient, that was successfully delivered to your fax number.
No. The claim asks for your contact details, the fax number(s) and your signature. The administrator checks the numbers against the defendants’ records, and at least one number you list must be one that is deemed to have received the fax successfully, so list every number you had that month.
Under penalty of perjury, that the fax number(s) you list were yours or your company’s during February 2020. Sparrow files only this option. The form’s other option is for numbers you did not have on February 7, 2020 and needs a written explanation, so Sparrow does not file it.
The class covers persons and entities. If the number belonged to your company, fill in the Company line and file with your own contact details.
Claims must be submitted online, faxed or postmarked by December 9, 2026. The official site is IndegeneTCPASettlement.com, and class counsel can be reached at 1-855-827-2329.
