What you can claim

How much is the payment?
Each product pays $0.50. Without a receipt you can claim up to five products, which is $2.50. With a receipt you can claim up to twenty products, which is $10. The two add together, so twenty with receipts and five without is the $12.50 example on the form. That $0.50 rate is adjusted pro rata, meaning it rises or falls if the valid claims total more or less than the settlement amount. Nothing is paid until the administrator approves the claim.
Do I need a receipt?
No. You can claim up to five products without one, at $0.50 each. If you have a receipt from a store or an online retailer that shows the product and the purchase date, choose the receipt option and upload it. That route pays $0.50 per product for up to twenty products. The receipt has to show a purchase in the United States during the class period, November 1, 2018 through August 29, 2026.

What am I signing?
The attestation says, under penalty of perjury, that you bought the products you listed between November 1, 2018 and August 29, 2026, and that the information on the form is true. The administrator can audit the claim and ask for more information. Filing also releases the claims described in the settlement agreement and the long form notice, both on the settlement website.
