Apple Siri Privacy Settlement
If you bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, you can claim $25 per device, with the amount adjusted pro rata up to $95. No proof of purchase is needed, only the device’s serial number (or your Apple Account email and the iPhone’s phone number). The deadline is December 21, 2026.

What this settlement covers
You bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, and expected Siri Apple Intelligence features you did not get.
The class covers U.S. residents who bought an eligible iPhone in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 for a purpose other than resale, and who expected a Siri Apple Intelligence feature at the time of purchase that they did not receive. Eligible devices are the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The case, Landsheft, et al. v. Apple Inc., No. 5:25-cv-02668 in the Northern District of California, alleges Apple failed to deliver certain Siri Apple Intelligence features on time. Apple denies the allegations.
What you can claim
- A cash payment of $25 per eligible device, adjusted pro rata and capped at $95 per device.

How payment works
The $25 figure is where payments start, not a guarantee, and $95 is the ceiling. The $250,000,000 fund first covers notice and administration costs, taxes, attorneys’ fees and service awards, and what remains is divided across valid claims and claimed devices. “Pro rata” means proportionally, so a payment can rise toward $95 or fall below $25 depending on how many claims come in. Nothing is paid until the court grants final approval (hearing set for February 24, 2027) and any appeals are resolved.

Which iPhones qualify?
The iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, bought in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025. Other iPhone models do not qualify, and devices bought for resale are excluded.
What do I need to file?
Your iPhone’s serial number, found in Settings > General > About, on the original box barcode or on your receipt. If you do not have it, your Apple Account email and the phone number for the iPhone work instead. No receipt or other proof of purchase is attached.
I bought more than one eligible iPhone.

Why is the payment a mailed check?
The claim form says digital payment requires submitting the claim online on the settlement website. Sparrow files the paper form, so a valid claim is paid by check to the mailing address on the claim.
When is the deadline?
