Bigelow Tea Class Action Settlement

What this settlement covers

You bought one or more of nine Bigelow tea boxes at a retail store in California between October 17, 2017 and July 31, 2023.

The boxes are 18 or 20 count packages of Bigelow Earl Grey, Green Tea, Constant Comment, Green Lemon, Vanilla Chai, English Tea Time, Spiced Chai, French Vanilla, or Vanilla Caramel, each a caffeinated tea labeled “Manufactured in the USA 100% American Family Owned.” The purchase had to be at a retail store in California. The case is Banks, et al. v. R.C. Bigelow, Inc., No. 2:20-cv-06208-SVW (RAOx), in the Central District of California.

What you can claim

• Option A: $0.50 per box, up to $10, with no proof of purchase. At most 20 boxes.
• Option B: $0.50 per box, up to $20, with proof of purchase for every box claimed. At most 40 boxes. Upload the proof if you have it.

How payment works

A paper claim is paid by check to the address on the form. Zelle, Venmo and PayPal are offered only if you file online at www.TeaClassAction.com. The amounts are caps: $0.50 a box, up to $10 without a receipt, or up to $20 if you upload proof for every box.
