What you can claim
You may be eligible for cash payout benefits if you purchased any Corsair DDR-4 (non-SODIMM/laptop) memory product with a rated speed over 2133 megahertz (MHz) or any Corsair DDR-5 (non-SODIMM/laptop) memory product with a rated speed over 4800 megahertz.

Which memory modules were covered?

Why were those speeds the dividing line?
Those figures are the base speeds the memory standards themselves define. A module rated above the base speed reaches it only through a stored overclocking profile, and the case concerned how that advertised speed related to what a buyer would actually get.
