Purchased or used a Permobil SpeedControl Dial between April 1, 2022 and July 1, 2026. Garofalo v. Permobil, Inc. (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana). Settlement Class Members who purchased or used the SpeedControl Dial during the Class Period may submit a claim for a Cash Benefit and, if they incurred out-of-pocket costs to repair or replace a SpeedControl Dial, a Repair/Replacement Reimbursement (estimated up to $500 total, subject to the Settlement terms). Reimbursement claims require the amount, date, and proof of each expense. Submit online or by mail postmarked by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Payment by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, virtual prepaid card, or physical check.
