You accessed the CVS App, CVS website, or cvshealth.com from the United States before July 27, 2026.
The class covers all living individuals who accessed the CVS Digital Properties, including the CVS App, the CVS website and cvshealth.com, in the United States before July 27, 2026. The case is Brewer, et al. v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and Criteo Corp., No. CACE-26-008094, in the Circuit Court for the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida.
What you can claim

How payment works
Both amounts are ceilings, not guarantees. The $20,500,000 maximum cash fund first pays attorneys’ fees, service awards and administration costs, and whatever remains is split across valid claims, so a heavily subscribed claims period reduces every payment pro rata. Only one claim per household counts, so a second claim from the same mailing address is denied rather than paid.

The CVS App, the CVS website and cvshealth.com. Simply visiting any of them from inside the United States before July 27, 2026 puts you in the class, which is why the claim asks for no purchase records. You do not need to have been a CVS pharmacy customer.
What can I claim without documents?
