The fastest way to cancel a Canva subscription is through your Canva Billing & Plans page by selecting Menu > Settings > Billing & Plans > Cancel subscription. If you subscribed via Apple or Google, cancel through the respective app store. Refunds are only available per store policy.

- Go to Canva Billing & Plans and sign in.
- Navigate to Menu > Settings > Billing & Plans.
- Locate your active Canva Pro, Teams, or Education plan.
- Click Cancel subscription or Cancel plan.

Cancel via iOS (Apple App Store)
